Every item is pre-classified before it is quoted: ECCN (or EAR99) analysis for U.S.-origin and U.S.-content items, HS codes for customs, and screening against China's dual-use export control catalogue. Where an item may fall under a control threshold, we classify by the strictest applicable parameter set — not by the seller's marketing sheet. 每個品項在報價前完成預歸類：美國原產及含美成分品項做 ECCN（或 EAR99）分析，報關用 HS 編碼，並對照中國兩用物項出口管制目錄篩查。凡可能觸及管制門檻之品項，一律按最嚴格適用參數歸類——而非按供應商宣傳頁。
